I went here this summer and had a really good time. The cave was interesting to explore, and the tour made it fun to learn about everything underground. I also loved the short film they showed, it was a great way to start the visit. The gift shop was really nice too, with lots of fun things to look at. Overall, it’s a great place to stop if you’re in the area.

Guides are knowledgeable, pointing out spectacular milky-white speleothems like stalactites, stalagmites, and flowstones, including formations humorously named “The Ice Cream Cone” and “The Totem Pole.” A highlight for many is the moment the lights are briefly turned off, allowing visitors to experience true, absolute darkness.
While the cave itself is not massive, it's perfect for families and geology enthusiasts. Beyond the cavern, the 150-acre property provides great "Roadside America" style attractions, including an 18-hole miniature golf course, gemstone panning, and a gift shop. Wear comfortable, non-slip shoes and bring a light jacket. It's an accessible and memorable day trip for those exploring Pennsylvania Dutch Country. (Word count: 153)

Fun time, great staff, cool history, and a lot of fun for the whole family. We had a hitchhiker jumping spider try to hitch a ride from the parking lot, so be careful about wandering wildlife, especially deer at night on the backroads.
